Careers

Interested in working on practical digital projects for local businesses? Web Design Red Deer values curiosity, clear communication, useful design, and people who take pride in their work. The roles below describe areas of work that may fit our team as opportunities arise; they are not confirmation of current vacancies. You can send a general introduction to hello@webdesignreddeer.ca.

What We Look For

  • Care about the work. We want people who take pride in doing web design properly, not just quickly.
  • Straight talk with customers. You will be explaining what you found to business owners. Plain language beats jargon.
  • Reliability. Showing up when you said you would matters more here than any single line on a resume.

Experience in web design or a related field helps. If you have the attitude and not yet the experience, say so, because we do train.
